Shoulders

•Relaxed toes.

•Here you can have your elbows on a blocks, chair or box. •Something solid (not a sofa).
{Great shoulder/ chest opener. Head is neutral.}

•Hold for at least 3MINUTES (You May feel impatient. If this happens bring your awareness to breath and how you’re feeling).

*After a crap load of push-ups or burpees this will reduce the ouch and soreness. (Also repressed feelings are held in our shoulders so it will help in that area too).
